The stay was enjoyable. The superior apartment was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple but customizable with eggs. Staff were friendly and attentive. ✨

The "Apartment with Balcony" was pretty spacious and clean. The furniture was decent, but there was some dirt on the floor and next to the sliding window. I definitely appreciated the big balcony, but overall, it felt a bit neglected. Smoking on it was a plus, though!

My stay in the Superior Apartment was mostly enjoyable. The spacious room offered comfort, and the great bathroom enhanced my experience. The lack of kitchen supplies hindered cooking. Despite this, the location was fantastic, and I enjoyed the bed's comfort. Would recommend for its prime spot!

Just a top selection for a budget stay in Bogota with fantastic value for money. The staff was friendly, and the lift for the underground garage was a great feature. Make sure to explore nearby local eateries for better breakfast options.

I had a fantastic time visiting the nearby Bella Suiza Park and enjoying the bustling atmosphere of the eclectic restaurant and shopping area just a short walk away, which made my city strolls memorable and enjoyable.

Great location, not so great room

Just stayed for 11 nights and the location is a major plus! It’s super close to a supermarket and a fun area with lots of restaurants and shops. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch for breakfast. Unfortunately, the first room had cleanliness issues and lacked basic amenities. Could’ve been better.

Unexpected room challenges

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure to meet our needs. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring local dining options.

However, the room was missing a full-length mirror, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the water heater's intermittent problems made hot showers frustrating.

The ability to control the balcony rooftop with a remote is a clever touch for dealing with rain. The layout of the rooms is spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation, especially after a long day out.

There were some significant drawbacks during my stay. The high noise levels from neighboring guests blaring music at odd hours made it hard to relax. The movable rooftop, while innovative, often retracted on its own, leading to unexpected wet belongings when the weather took a turn. Cleaning frequency left a lot to be desired—while surfaces smelled fresh, it was clear that deeper cleaning didn't happen regularly, as bed linens were seldom changed properly. I had difficulty obtaining towels, having to remind management several times for enough supplies, which was a hassle. The kitchen utensils provided were damaged and inadequate despite the extra fee for cooking amenities.
